1:1 Coaching a 6 month container for UNPRECEDENTED results

During our time together we will: 

➡️ Results oriented coaching: Our coaching sessions are results oriented which means you will have specific goals to accomplish between sessions. If you do not reach your goals, we will get to the root of what limiting beliefs may be holding you back 

➡️ Transforming your connection to self: Most of my clients report trusting themselves more, feeling more satisfied with their success, and have greater patience for themselves after our time together

➡️ Building for liberation: What does it mean for you to not only reach your goals but feel good along the way. The process is just as important as the outcome. That means holding yourself to a standard AND making sure that standard includes your well-being.]

➡️ Unblocking: focusing on changing the behaviors and habits that make work hard. This includes, people pleasing, imposter syndrome, burnout, overwhelm, fear of success, analysis paralysis and more.

➡️ Ongoing support: Each package comes with 6 months of weekly 1:1 coaching office hours for additional support.

There we get clear on the current state of your career. You will then have 4 60 minute sessions to schedule over the course of the next year AND a year of access to the PRAXIS program for day to day support
